1 Promotional items are sold based on a minimum number sold. If your store does not sell the minimum quantity for that promo item, your organization will be required to purchase the balance for their own resale or use. Promo items are not included in the total minimum item count for the store.
2 Additional items can be added for either a sales price increase per item before the store launches (Basic Stores: $1; Expanded Stores: 75¢; Custom Stores: 50¢), or $25 that is deducted from your fund-raised amount.
3 Additional imprint design options can be added for either a sales price increase before the store launches (Basic Stores: $1; Expanded Stores: 75¢; Custom Stores: 50¢), or a $25 upgrade that is deducted from your fund-raised amount. This is per additional design.
4 If a professional graphic designer is requested, each item is raised by $1 (per design) in the store to cover design services.
5 Choose the fundraiser mark-up amount. This figure, plus 5% will be added to each item to cover credit card processing fees. When production is completed, County Press will cut a check for the fund-raised amount, less any fees accumulated from upgrades or adjustments selected.
6 If a store does not reach the minimum quantity requirement, all orders are refunded to the purchasers from Basic Stores. Expanded and Custom Stores are given options to fulfill the orders by choosing one: The organization may purchase the balance of the minimums; or choose to have their fund-raising amount reduced. The fundraising adjustment option is detailed after the store is closed, and is specific to each store/how many items have been sold compared to the required minimum.
7 Set up fee deducted from the fund-raised amount. If the store does not include fundraising, each item will be increased by a minimum dollar amount.
